Football Scholarship Program - Outstanding Camper

   This annual scholarship will be awarded to the official that demonstrates a love of the game, positive attitude and excellent teamwork.  It is named after a proud Arkansas native, Bobby Charles Marsh.  “BC” as he was affectionately called by friends and family was born in Plainview, Arkansas and grew up in Russellville,

Arkansas.  He was a graduate of L.W. Sullivan High School in Morrilton, Arkansas.  He enjoyed sports and travel, and during his 26-year Naval career officiated

basketball during his tours in Adak, Alaska and the Philippines.  “BC” instilled the love of sports, education and teamwork in his five children.  This scholarship

serves as a small tribute to “BC” by his five children that includes current PAC-12 and former SWAC Football Official, Mike Marsh.  “BC” passed away on

January 5, 2017 in Memphis, Tennessee, and this scholarship serves to continue his legacy.
